Public Reports: Troubleshooting Tips
Problems Logging Into Public
Reports
- If the login screen asks for two fields, fill in as follows:
UserID: BOCO\dareports (the top of a backslash
top leans left)
Password: Boulder1 (case sensitive)
- If the login screen asks for three fields, instead of two, fill in as follows:
UserID: dareports
Password: Boulder1
Domain: BOCO
- It's been reported that copying and pasting the UserID or password
into the login screen may not work. Instead, enter the UserID and
password manually.
- You should not bookmark the actual login screen. Instead, always
access it from the links on our Welcome to
Public Reports page
Problems Viewing Public Reports
- Apparently the Safari browser running on Apple
computers does not work with our reports application. Instead, try using the Mac
version of Internet Explorer.
- The latest reported browser incompatibility is Firefox (ver 3.0).
Earlier versions (Firefox 2.0) work fine. There is a Firefox
"add-on" called "IE tab" that seems to resolve the issue with the latest
version. However, Internet Explorer needs to be resident on your
computer for the IE tab add-on to work.
- Internet Explorer should work on all platforms.
We apologize that many non-Internet Explorer browsers don't work with
our reports. We have asked our report software vendor to upgrade their
product so it works with all browsers.
If none of the above resolves your problem, please
contact us. When describing your problem,
please state whether the difficulty was logging into our reports page or
whether you were unable to view or run reports after logging in.
