Pretrial Conference

This is the second appearance for traffic and misdemeanor cases. At this time, the DA and the defendant will discuss the plea bargain or offer made in this case.

If the defendant has an attorney, it is not necessary for the defendant to be present. This appearance doesn't take place in front of a judge but rather in a separate conference room beside courtroom F.
